Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes! We offer nationwide door-to-door delivery throughout South Africa.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location. Gauteng: 5-7 business days. Outside Gauteng: 7-14 business days.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
How will I know my order was successful?
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after your payment has been completed.

Can I return a product?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrance and skincare products.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
